We are not from the area and this place has everything you could possibly need. It’s a high end grocery store. Regular groceries are reasonably priced, all of the pre made deli, bakery, meat items are pretty expensive. The place is always packed so checkout is slow. Don’t be in a hurry.
When I can eat salad of just about anything that grows, and my husband can have pan-Asian choices, we've hit upon something different. A sort of cafeteria, comfortable table and booth seating and tasty food.
I really enjoy Wegmans; however, I see it more as a place for special treats rather than a regular grocery store. Their produce, bakery items, and prepared/specialty foods are all fresh and very enticing.

Huge selection, but huge crowds. Layout is confusing. Checkout takes time. Lots of publicity and a great reputation, but we won't go out of our way to come here again.
Love everything about Wegmans. You never get anything bad from them. staff fantastic, friendly. Well maintained store and very clean!!
