Arrived at this establishment on a Thursday evening on my back from the airport and have to say I was appalled, The car park had an awful layout and was very difficult to see at night. I asked for my coffee to have sugar in it and was shocked to discover there was none in my cup. As I sipped the coffee my mood went right down. I complained to the staff and they were unhelpful and told me 'I would have to buy another one to get some sugar. ' which is unacceptable and I 'm not paying 4 pounds for some sugar! After that, I popped to the toilet to discover screwed and torn up of what I presume were pieces of wet toilet roll stuck to the ceiling this is very unhygienic and disgusting. After that,...

no bad services on any wise. the toilets were quite clean and it had all the shops they expect to find in a welcome break. the whsmiths lacked in cooked sweets the best sweet for long travel I am sure they agree. the main problem is that there is a lack of parking, so I would not recommend to stop here during the busy periods. there is a drive thru dieucks but so good if they are looking for a caffeine repair. not every favourite place, but beggars can not be picking as they say. also petrol is expressed, but this is expected in a carbahn ride.

beautiful place very busy when we visited Friday afternoon. many different shops and restaurants before location including wh smith, KFC,BURGER king. toilets and toilets are located some outside seats.
