Wellington Hotel

We went here on a really hot afternoon for drinks and dinner and found the view looking out onto the super green Wellington Square was very pleasing. The bar service was friendly and efficient and it turned out to be a very pleasant place to meet. My only disappointment was for dinner I ordered pork belly and when it arrived, the crackling had been removed. I consider this the best part so this was a criminal act. Whilst it's not salubrious, it's a pleasant atmosphere with its outlook being the attraction.

After a warm couple of hours wandering around and enjoying the architecture of North Adelaide, we enjoyed a decent bottle of cool sauvignon blanc. Service good and pub had decent atmosphere and was reasonably busy for weekday arvo.

Nice reliable pub menu, with many seasonal items plenty of beers on tap, good wine list plenty of seating options, we dined mid week with no booking, good service, reasonable prices

Staff of the Wellington welcomed 14 of us at very short notice on a cold Sunday evening. The food was delicious and all plates returned to the kitchen empty. Will definitely return!

Nice pub food and a happy atmosphere. Table tennis table was popular with the kids. A great place to eat before heading to Adelaide Oval.
