disappointed. I usually go to the Dorothy Lane wendys, but I went here because it is. closer to home, and probably further to a place away. it is not only the fact that the apples in my daughter's childhood were completely disgusting, it is the fact that someone pulled them out of a refrigerator, or whatever they keep them cold in themselves, and they put them in a pocket and did not notice the food/ sauce in the lid, the water in which the apples sit and simply. how nasty they are. I wonder how many other people have got such apples and ask me what else they'll leave after it's gone bad and still spend customers. even if the apples were good to eat, the sauce on the lid would have made it a...
I got a Wendys single combo...really looking forward to the advertised fresh hot crispy fries...to my disappointment they were stale and cold....the sandwich was old and cold...will not got to this Wendys again even tho it is only 5 minutes from me...I noticed there were no cars in the drive thru at noon which I find to b odd...perhaps they are foing out of business tho they now huring signs up...perhaps they need better management!
I ordered through doordash. i ordered a 10 piece nugget, a bourbon bacon burger, a spicy big bacon cheddar chicken, and two cheese fries. when i received my order i had no nuggets, the barbecue sauce for the burger was on my chicken!! had no jalapeños! and the burger WASNT COOKED ALL THE WAY!!! then you guys turned off your dash orders and i was not able to order again. will not be ordering at this wendy’s again.
Visited for lunch 10/28 Lines were long , orders took a while. Reason short staff everywhere! 5 stars because even being short staffed and abused by patrons the staff here was very friendly and unfazed by rude people ahead of us, the food great and was fresh and the fries! The fries were fresh and crisp. The staff seemed to take pride in their job. Bravo staff! I hope your management and owners see this!

I ordered food from this restaurant, but my order was completely wrong and absolutely disgusting. Even though the items I received were correct, they were inedible. The food was cold and stale, making the whole experience absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this place at all.
Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Every time I go they are out of everything so I decided to call ahead and they told me I don't know and hung up. then proceeded to keep the phone off the hook. What great Customer service.
The Wendy's on Wooden Man Drive in Dayton is terrible. They always get my order wrong. For the past six months, every time I go there, my sandwich is not what I ordered. And these people make $15.00 per hour! Do your job!
Wendy's is a great restaurant.My only complaint is that they're notoriously slow. More importantly they got the order right, the food was good and the staff friendly

I ordered a taco salad with warm chili, a cold middle fry, and a four-piece nugget that wasn't even hot. I was very disappointed with my meal.
Food was served hot and fresh as ordered. Service was fast and friendly. Clean facilities and dining area.
