On June 24th, 2022, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the rude manager. She treated my mother disrespectfully and made her cry by telling her that the lobby was closed and she shouldn't have come through the door. My mother explained that she had come in because the drive-thru line was too long, but the manager just brushed her off. When my mother asked for a frosty, the manager rudely told her that the machine was down and she didn't need to worry about it. It was clear that the manager was lazy and had no business working in management or customer service. The service was slow and disappointing, and I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.
This establishment is not a Wendy's, it is a food truck that someone paid Wendy's enough to put their label on the property. They are constantly out of items (like cheese and meat), they are forever understaffed. They're always behind when you're trying to come through on your lunch break Which is odd considering they are the one of the few fast food locations that still do not allow dine in eating) and more importantly their computer system seems to be down more than McDonald's ice cream machines. I think they need to go ahead and close this location down.
The orange salad, while pricey, is my top choice at this restaurant. All of their salads are delicious and consistently fresh. When we arrived, there was a car in front of us causing a short delay for our order. The server informed us that it would be a five-minute wait, but after eight minutes, we drove back to the window (with no other cars in line) and she quickly brought out our salad. She was very friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, a great experience.
I received a takeout order at this restaurant, and unfortunately, no one welcomed me as I entered. I waited for 10 minutes before someone finally came to help me, which was understandable since the place was busy. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were making unhappy noises in the back. There were 3 male employees and 1 female working hard, while the others seemed to be leaving them to do all the work.

Staff is rude and extremely slow. Multiple times it’s taken almost half an hour to get my food. Last meal I got tasted burnt and old but I thought I’d give them another shot. They told me they were closed despite posted hours. Final straw. I never write reviews, but this is just terrible for a place of business. I’ll drive across town for the one that stays open and actually cares.
it is not a bad wendys, the service is simply not the largest. the last five or six times when I'm gone, I ordered a baconnator, but I always got a daves double. that's okay, but it's not exactly what I ordered and sure to ask for chili sauce when they order a chili, this last time I ordered two chili, got no soak and got only one spoon.
Don’t become employed at this place. You will not be paid. My 16 year old son worked two shifts for them in October of 2021. It is now March of 2022 and still no compensation. This is illegal and unacceptable. I’ve tried contacting corporate and no response. I guess I’ll be moving forward with legal action.
Food was good and staff very friendly. Just took a long time to get to order. I really wish there was a way to let people know that the dining room is closed before you get out of your vehicle walk to door only to find it locked. Maybe a sign on door or something

Well the new fries absolutely suck soggy not done send them back twice to get them done And then I get my sandwich And it's wrong sandwich.Manger is absolutely rude and want listen just says Ive got a hard job..lol just quit.What is a s * go
The last 2 times I have gone through the drive thru it has been extremely slow. I ended up leaving.
