Online order. 6pm on a Sunday. Arrive 10 minutes later. NOBODY ELSE in line so that's not why. They say please pull up farther we will bring it out to you. 18 minutes pass. I have dashcam. Dashcam don't lie. Food comes out finally. A couple people arrived in drive thru line after us, some also waited long times, others gave up. Got home they got the order correct but it was all ice cold. Service: Takeaway
Fries and nuggets were ice cold. Additionally, this Wendy 's consistently has some of the WORST customer service I 've seen in my entire life. The drive-through greeting is typically, What do you want? Don 't bother going. Food: 1 Service: 1
They make you wait over 30 minutes for your food like it’s a sit down restaurant, food comes out ice cold when you just waited a half hour. Half the time burgers aren’t fully cooked. Place is a total joke.
