Usually don't review food court places...but had to make an exception for this one.With the craziness of food court on a friday when schools are out...this Wendys was a blessing. Everyone was flocking toward Mr. Beast burger and Jolibee so we went to the Wendy's kiosks...and although the screens weren't as responsive...once we copleted our order, our food was out in 5 mins! The two soda machines there were also adequate.You can usually expect most places to have a huge upcharge in the mall...but 20 nuggets, two large fries and teo large drinks was $20...given mall prices, that was a pleasant surprise.

I recently had a visit to Wendy's, situated in the mall's food court. The burger looked just as I remembered from my prior visits. They offer a selection of items for kids' meals, catering to children ages 3 and up, as well as options for those under 3. However, the staff provided books that weren't appropriate for my kids. The prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was rather noisy since it was a Saturday and the seating was in an open area. On the plus side, there were clean restrooms nearby.
The Cobb salad was decent for the price, but I wish they hadn't used soybean oil in the dressing and vegetable oil for the crispy onions. The service was prompt. I tried the water from the drink dispenser, but it didn't taste right, so I didn't finish it.

We ordered using large tablets for mobile ordering and also in person. Unfortunately, they didn't customize our burger as we requested, and when one of the tablets wasn’t working, they didn’t address the issue. They seemed quite busy at the time.
They took my money and didn’t give me my food
My experience has been good here.
