This restaurant review didn't start off well. When we arrived, the door was locked and there was no sign pointing us to the drive-thru. When we tried to order vanilla frosties, the person at the window only offered chocolate or strawberry and came across as a bit rude. This left me feeling quite frustrated. However, once we found the sign leading us to the drive-thru at another entrance, things improved. The manager greeted us warmly, and we patiently waited at the door for our order. He brought out our food, which was beautifully presented, and took the time to explain that they only serve two flavors of frosties at a time, which is why vanilla wasn’t available when we ordered.
I didn't receive my complete order, and even after informing the employee about the mistake, they still didn't fix it. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes in the drive-thru for just one sandwich. After sitting for half an hour, you can imagine how awful the fries were. They refused to remake my food and seemed to ignore me.
I ordered a southwest avocado salad, but there were no avocados in it, along with two large chili's. The total came to $17.51, and I handed the guy at the window $20.51. He returned $2.99 to me, and when I mentioned that I had given him the exact change, he said I was owed 99 cents. I just figured he had entered the wrong amount.

I can't quite understand why I keep returning to this restaurant every three weeks, hoping it will get better. Even though I've found a hair in my food before, I've still had enjoyable meals here without any problems. That said, I really hope they take care of the hygiene issues at this location.
I visited the restaurant the other night and a few hours later I got sick. I believe I have food poisoning; I’ve been feeling really awful and miserable—words can’t even express how bad it is. Update: I went to the doctor, and she suspects it’s from Wendy’s. I had to miss work because of it.
I didn't even get the chance to place my order because the drive-thru was incredibly slow. After waiting for a long time without any acknowledgment, I chose to go elsewhere. I did reach the ordering point, but the poor service ultimately made me give up.
As a senior, I try to incorporate ice cream into my daily meals. The frosty shakes are best enjoyed slowly with a spoon. The smaller menu items pair perfectly with the Frosty chocolate shake. Delicious!

The drive-thru was efficient this time, and I really wish they would open their lobby. That would make for even faster service.
