Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

Don't waste your time going to this disgusting fast food establishment. Food is cold or burnt and over cooked, with what seems like little care for the food served to the customer. The manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. My Burgers were literally cold and my fries looked grey and were hard and tasteless!. Called to complain and was not offered any kind of reimbursement. Instead was told they would investigate the issue.

Whether we go inside this very clean and bright restaurant or go through the driveway, we are always greeted with super friendly staff and great food. I am not a fan of fast food normally, but Wendy's here in Courtenay is real quality. Hamburgers are always loaded with lots of icecold crisp veggies and hot fresh patties, fries are excellent, and I am addicted to the strawberry lemonade. Good for you guys!

For variety's sake, we tried Wendy's. My friend Frank would drive from Victoria to Duncan just for a Wendy's burger when that was the closest location years ago.He had good taste and we enjoy going every once in a while.Good service, clean place, convenient.They use fresh beef too!Love their thick milkshakes as well.

The service was slow, and the food cold. The new atmosphere has about as much ambience and appeal as a run down bingo hall from the 60,s. It is awfull. I heard other customers around us, wondering what had happened, and many of the comments were very unflattering. I won,t be going there again Reserva una mesa ahora

So good the first night that we went there for lunch the next day! Drive-thru window staff were so friendly, we were actually suspicious. LOL! Wish our fast food chains were of this quality in the US. Nice job....our bellies thank you!

I have been here multiple times and the drive through is closed. Even when it is open, I always have to park and wait. unlike most wendy's that i have been too!

The staff always greet you with a smile. Food is ready fast, warm, fresh off the grill. Bacon is the best of the fast food restaurants I have ever been at.

We needed dessert and went to Wendy's. The chocolate frosty was reminiscent of days of shopping with my mom and grabbing a malt at the mall. Delicious! Reserva una mesa ahora

ordered two cheeseburgers..both the bun and the meat were COLD, couldn't melt the cheese if it had to! fries were a little better, never been back

Nothing fancy, love that Baconator! I found the restaurant clean and well kept. Food was basic but typical of all Wendys.
