We waited 5 minutes just for them to take our order and 10 to give us our food in the drive thru. And there was only one car in front of us. So they took around 15 minutes just to do one order. We also had to remind them to give us our drink couse they forgot. Not to mention we saw 5 workers inside and no customers in the inside ether, so I see no reason for them to take that long. We also order two drinks and asked light ice on both, they gave us one with no ice, and the other with a bunch of ice.
Nothing against Wendys and their food but the service could learn a lesson on customer service. My total was 13.98 and I was given back 6 dollars and was owed 2 pennies. It's not about the 2 pennies but if I was short money they wouldn't have given me my order. The woman at the window was surprised that I wanted my money. She was like I don't care about 2 pennies. That's not the point it's money I was owed.
It took 45 mins to get my order in drive thru I will never eat here again there were 3 cars behind me so I was stuck. It felt like they would take an order wait till the food was done then they would take the next cars order
You can simply walk in and place your order at this restaurant. It is not crowded inside, as most customers come in for pickups. The staff is efficient and friendly.

Among the few places left that have not jumped on to the skimpflation bandwagon. Excellent prices and good food! Spicy nuggets are the bomb.
the best service ever and my chicken sandwich was very boiled and good I really love its I will give it a lot of stars that I come here
Service has been fast/efficient/correct. Coupons add to some great prices. Definitely recommend this location.
