Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

We waited 5 minutes just for them to take our order and 10 to give us our food in the drive thru. And there was only one car in front of us. So they took around 15 minutes just to do one order. We also had to remind them to give us our drink couse they forgot. Not to mention we saw 5 workers inside and no customers in the inside ether, so I see no reason for them to take that long. We also order two drinks and asked light ice on both, they gave us one with no ice, and the other with a bunch of ice.

Nothing against Wendys and their food but the service could learn a lesson on customer service. My total was 13.98 and I was given back 6 dollars and was owed 2 pennies. It's not about the 2 pennies but if I was short money they wouldn't have given me my order. The woman at the window was surprised that I wanted my money. She was like I don't care about 2 pennies. That's not the point it's money I was owed.

During my first visit to this restaurant, my order was completely forgotten. I tried calling them multiple times to inquire about my order, but no one answered. I ended up spending $11 and 20 minutes driving for something I didn't even want and have no desire to eat.

The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent at times, depending on who is working. Despite this, the overall service is above average. The food, on the other hand, is always delicious no matter what day or time you visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

It took 45 mins to get my order in drive thru I will never eat here again there were 3 cars behind me so I was stuck. It felt like they would take an order wait till the food was done then they would take the next cars order

I ordered a triple baconator but received a double instead. The restaurant was empty, so there is no excuse for the lack of attention to detail. More attention needs to be given to customers' orders.

Among the few places left that have not jumped on to the skimpflation bandwagon. Excellent prices and good food! Spicy nuggets are the bomb.

Service has been fast/efficient/correct. Coupons add to some great prices. Definitely recommend this location.
