The drive-thru was painstakingly slow. One at the order speaker they asked me to wait. Literally, 5 minutes later I query about the delay and they ask me to wait longer. This is at 12:05pm! I said no and left after chewing up 20 minutes of time in the drive-thru! How the hell long do they think workers get for lunch?! It’s a drive-thru, no one should have to wait more than 5-10 minutes from start of line to leaving with food.
When walking into the establishment we were not greeted but yet stared at by all the staff. We received no hello or any smiles. Rude customer service and the establishment was not anywhere near busy. The food was good but the service needs to be worked on. Not sure if it was a race thing! But even still that is no exucse.
On March 8, 2024, I visited the restaurant and ordered a fish sandwich. Unfortunately, it was the worst I’ve ever had. The sandwich was burnt, and when I took a bite, it was so hard that it felt like it had been sitting out for hours. I definitely won't be ordering that again.
I ordered 5 cookies and a burger and a 6 PC nuggets with bbq sauce, in which I received only 4 cookies, 5 nuggets with ranch for some reason and a straight up burned burger that I struggled to eat, this is my first negative review ever and my experience was beyond horrible. Reserva una mesa ahora
Please put in more effort. Everything was cold, and the fries were soggy. I understand it’s fast food and my expectations should be low, but for $20, the two meals should at least taste like they were freshly prepared.
Food is pretty consistent. Sprite is usually always out of flavor stuff and tastes like seltzer.
The drive-thru cashier was really rude. If you don't want to work, you should just stay home.
