Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

I was trying to order and I was having trouble with my cash app so I was already pretty frustrated ended up going inside screwed it with the smile I wasn't ready to order quite yet about 5 10 minutes pass by that's great with the smile again ask if I could be help about the same young kid and finally once I figured my cash out and went to the register and I ordered North Street with a smile very professional to me a young man named Brooklyn and he was very kind and respectful and attentive and put me in a better mood so I was able to enjoy my meal so thank you Brooklyn for doing anything definitely recommend this Wendy's to family's friends and coworkers.

Ordered through mobile app. Lobby was locked. When checking in they told my husband they didn't have my order. So he returned again with my receipt and was told they have my order. Since 1 hour had passed I wanted a refund! I'm not taking that food that's been sitting there all this time! The manager was rude to us and told me to go through the app. I asked how do you do that? She told us to get out of here and slammed the window shut!! We waited in the drive thru 2 times 15 min each time. Had to return to the restaurant and was treated like this! No money returned and no food!!!! Thanks!!!!!! Never getting my business at this location!

The staff was extremely rude and made assumptions about me. I had to take my small child into the bathroom, and they knocked on the door, insisting that I leave because other customers needed to use it, despite there being only one customer waiting. I went to my car, and before I could speak to the police, who had clearly been called, the staff tried to intimidate me. I explained that I had already eaten there, but I didn’t engage further and left. The rude manager, who was the only Black employee, seemed overly eager to involve the authorities for no reason. I will never spend my money here again.

The staff here was super helpful last time I went through the drive thru. I had ordered a burger and a lemonade which came out to be more than a combo and after I paid I asked if it would have been cheaper to have just gotten the combo with the lemonade. The kind woman working told me yes and also offered to void the transaction and change the order. I opted out of doing that this time, but I'm happy to know that they were not only willing to do so but that she was so helpful and cheerful while helping! Great customer service! "This was our first visit to this Wendy’s location, and we usually enjoy Wendy’s food. However, this time we encountered some problems. The fries had an odd taste, and my wife felt unwell afterward. They had an acidic flavor that was off-putting. I finished my meal, hoping to figure out what was wrong, but my wife could only eat about half of hers before declaring that something was off. A few minutes later, she became sick. While I felt some discomfort, I didn’t actually get sick myself."

I would rate this place a two. While everyone was nice, the person on the microphone didn’t listen to my order. I asked for chili cheeseries, but instead, I received plain cheeseries. I even confirmed my order at the window, and that's what I ended up getting. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my order again before leaving because I was on my lunch break from work. The person at the window seemed to be in a hurry to get me my food, but I wish my order had been correct.

I was sworn at while ordering my food, I was asked to repeat my order at the window. They then proceeded to get my order completely wrong on all sandwiches. I called the restaurant 10 times to talk to someone with no answer or way to leave a message. Then had to sit in a rush hour line again to get to someone to talk to me. They were them extremely rude and laughed at me and my kids the entire time. Very poor customer service skills.

I don't know what is going on with this location but the people must be brain dead. I have received the wrong orders multiple times through the drive through and delivery. It's honestly not that hard to put the correct order in a bag. Go here if you want to pay for the wrong order multiple times. Reserva una mesa ahora

very good place to eat cold atmosphere and I will go back at any time and this is one of the only places we can eat quickly, which is really real and never frozen one of my favorite places have blessed a burger-gong stay a wonderful day each

There must be New Management or they found me found some good employees. I also like that the lobbies open. Service has been great lately keep it up.
