Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

For the past several months, everytime me and my boyfriend go to get food, whether it’s at same time or not, there is always an issue. The biggest issue is with the classic chicken sandwich. We don’t get lettuce or tomato on it and the past 4 times I have asked without lettuce or tomato, they mess it up. First two times, they forgot to take it off, third time, the guy in drive through took off pickles too since “he doesn’t like them” and the forth time, the lady in drive through put down “plain” and I had to correct it at the window with another employee. Would of gave more stars but I went in to Wendy's tonight 2/22/24 to pick up my order around 7pm and the girl upfront was extremely rude to me I asked her for a cup holder so I could easily carry the drinks out to the car and she said what and rolled her eyes very unprofessional your not supposed to talk to customers like that it was unnecessary

Grabbed good to go. The drive through location is in a very weird spot. When leaving drive thru it's difficult to see whether or not it's safe to pass at the end where the stop sign is. Food was tasty, service was ok. Employees don't seem too happy to be there.

We stopped here on a trip home to get something to eat and we couldn’t have been happier! The hospitality of the workers was out of this world! They truly showed how much they cared for the customers and wanting to provide a good service! Reserva una mesa ahora

Half of all orders have been wrong in the past two months. Shift manager wanted me to pay for something I didn't order. Weird, right?Seventh time getting the order wrong!

Great music. Clean location. Both gender bathrooms. Well cooked food.
