Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

I'm pretty sure the employees here are escaped science experiments. Between all of them they might have a combined IQ of 12. Not a car in front of me. I get to the drive through speaker where I'm immediately told to hold on. 14 mins later still not a soul taking my order. Meanwhile there are several cars now lined up behind me. I said hello at least 4 times and still no answer. How hard is to do your job? I pulled around and walked inside, every damn one of them are standing around with their thumb up where the sun don't shine. This has been a problem at this location. Don't know who the owner is for this location but you have to be loosing money

Both times I have been here were through the drive-through to place an order. The first time was terrible so I gave them another try this afternoon. I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger that wasn’t even warm, the fries were chewy and stale. I didn’t even try the chicken nuggets. The gentleman that took my card was missing his personality, I think he left it at home in the morning when he brushed his teeth. The one thing that was cracked was my diet Coke. I don’t think I’m gonna try for a third try at this venue, I will just avoid it.

I regret not saving my receipt because they charged my credit card for someone else 's food in addition to mine for an extra $30+ dollars. I 've tried calling them 3 times now and keep getting the general manager isn 't in right now, call back. They haven 't offered to take a message and have them call me back or anything. No, it 's apparently my job to keep calling them and wasting my time in order to get the money refunded. At this point I 'm just going to initiate a charge back with the credit card company. What a joke.

I went through the drive through the service was terrible. I had to state my order 5 times which I understand those earpieces are hard to hear, but I asked for a sweet Tea unsweet tea. They went as far as to mark the unsweet. Both were unsweet. My french fries fell all over my floor as she was handing it to me. She didn't offer new French fries. So I spent $23 for 2 lunches and I didn't get the correct drink and I had no fries. The lady was not very nice. She was rude. I will never go back to that Wendy's. Reserva una mesa ahora

I give no stars .....Don't waste your time at this location they will not give you what you order unless it's old meat that should be thrown away or food that's wayyyy undercooked and when you try to talk to management about any issues they tell you they are not replacing your food and are rude as hell

Nine of us waited in line for at least 10 minutes while the 8 person staff ran around trying to take care of the drive through line. They didn't even dare look at us or say they'd be right with us The worst ever!

Really bad actitud from the whole employees here, cero polite. Don’t even said thank you because you will loss your time. Please manager give them some customer services courses.
