Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

Expectations are not outrageously high for fast food restaurants, but this one is barely holding on. I've been here ~3 times in the last few weeks and twice my order has been incorrect (not even close). On the other visit, the drive through was empty and I was told their system went down and they weren't taking orders. When open, waits in the drive through are 30-45 minutes long and the dining room is closed, so there's no recourse for incorrect orders. Staff seems confused and lacking management. I understand and empathize with staffing and supply issues, for all parties involved, but if you want to exchange money for food (that you ordered), avoid this place, at least for now, if possible.

Used to be one of the better Wendy's locations to frequent, now, it's one of the worst. The last 3 times we've been there, usually evening after a movie, the lights are off as if they want you to think it's closed. All 3 times our orders were messed up, the most recent time the worst of all. The cashier was very unfriendly as well I asked politely for a straw for our drinks, and you'd swear I was asking for her to pay for our meal. The food that we did receive was good, though. That's why I'm not rating a 1 star even if it wasn't the food we ordered. Won't be going here anymore.

Meh. Drive thru experience was pleasant enough, though a bit slow. They forgot to include an item we had ordered, which was disappointing. Dining room was closed, even though signage on door indicated it should be open.

I've gone here 3 times and they always forget my cheese sauce BUUUUTTT drive-thru is always quick and food hot #knockonwood

Fresh fast food. Usually drive thru is very fast. Staff is polite and accurate with the orders from my experience
