Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

This Wendy's just north of 88th on Washington Street is top notch. The one at 120th and York(or Steele) just has So many problems. 2 weeks in a row they could only accept cash and to me that makes me very suspicious of the employees ripping off the cash.A few months ago I ordered a Jr deluxe cheeseburger, got home to find 2 in my bag with all the fixings and neither had a spec of beef.WHERE'S THE BEEF!! That was in an old Wendy's TV commercial years ago.

Every single time I come to this drive-through it takes twice the amount of time of any other fast food and on top of that they never get my order right to simply remove cheese. I had to wait a total of 20 mins to get the correct food, told the worker I was never coming back he gave me a lemonade....sorry but that doesn't compensate for all the times of incorrect orders in the drive through then having to end up going into the store.

I've only been to this restaurant a few times, but my experiences have generally been positive, especially during my last visit. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious and prepared quickly. However, a recent experience with the Wendy’s app has changed my perspective on Wendy’s overall. Unless they stop using the app, I can’t recommend this location, even if it’s nearby.

Gabriel at the drive-thru is truly amazing! He always goes out of his way to accommodate my requests. The food is excellent when I come in while he's working—it's fresh, served quickly, and with a friendly attitude! It's also a child-friendly place. In my experience, Gabriel is the best team member they have; unfortunately, the others can be quite rude and unfriendly. Reserva una mesa ahora

the staff seemed overwhelmed, but tried to be helpful. the young man who took our order was pleasant, but had difficulty getting the order right. the food lasted very long and was not hot. the drinks were both out of order. the inner was dirty with eating all over the floor and everything was sticky. not sure we were going back.

The menu said $5.79 for a sausage egg and cheese combo meal. We were charged over $7 and given no receipt. Employees are pocketing the difference. I will never patronize Wendy's establishments again. I hope the manager or corporate office reads this!!!!!

I tried calling multiple times during business hours and no answer. I also just saw a disgusting post of a video where the employees smothered a sandwich in sauce purposely to a senior woman. Definitely will never eat here, let alone call again

Max at the front counter was amazing. My dude helped us, even though we had a phone call come through mid order, super polite to everyone at the store. Seriously a good dude.Foods always bangin here!! Reserva una mesa ahora

There was a long wait time both inside and for the drive upl They were very slow and looked confused. I only wanted fries and they should have been dropping fries much more frequently than they were!!

I had to come back and give this place an extra star. I don't eat fast food often, but when I do, I enjoy a Wendy's burger with a side of fries and maybe a frosty chocolate if I’m in the mood.
