Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

We don't usually eat fast food, but today was one of those days. The line took 12 minutes to get through, and there were only three cars ahead of us, which isn't too bad. I placed my order, and everything seemed fine. However, when I got to the window, they informed me that the chocolate Frosty I ordered was only available in strawberry. They were also cold. The promise of hot fries clearly doesn't apply here. When I asked if we could get fresh ones, they told me it would take another ten minutes. So, no chocolate Frosty and cold fries—great. I didn't want to wait any longer, so we decided to head home. Upon getting there, I took a sip of my Dr. Pepper, only to find that my least favorite so...

For whatever reason, I wasn 't able to buy a frosty, she had said that there was very few, yet I seen other people after myself that had ordered and THEY we 're able to buy one??? I understand if they 're COMPLETELY OUT, how, this wasn 't the case. THE MAIN REASON of going to Wendy 's for ME, is to buy a Frosty. Not to mention I had walked over 4 miles in WELL over 99° weather yesterday. I honestly am not sure that I 'll return to this particular location again.I DO believe that the customer service was fair, as they were VERY busy, I 'm just extremely curious why I BOUGHT a full meal and wasn 't able to order the ONE item that this Restaurant has that NOBODY ELSE has to offer, yet other cus...

I ordered three drinks and asked for a cup holder. Unfortunately, the employee rolled her eyes at me and at one of her coworkers. I mentioned that I should go to her since there were others waiting behind me. I expressed my desire to speak with the manager about their aggressive behavior, only to be told that she was the manager. If this is what a manager acts like, how do they expect their employees to respect customers? I can hardly believe that Wendy's would allow someone like her to be in a leadership position.

fast eating? not at this place! Long waiting times! and still false commands? and this is every time! You have to stay in the window and check your eating while the workers are rolling your eyes on you. while in the window waiting for their food looking at the workers can no longer play. it has been so, for at least 3 years it is obvious that the administration is not great here and does not take care of corp? they do not have to be assaulted 10 to 20 per car! until they take their order Reserva una mesa ahora

Overall bad experience. The food was not good. We ordered a double stack with no cheese, had to send it back since it wrong. They gave us a new one and it was covered in mayo, no idea why that was made that way. The other double stack we ordered was dowsed in ketchup and mustard, wasn't even edible. The large fries we ordered, stale and soft. Doubtful we will come back.

This store is regularly understaffed causing it to constantly have long wait me. They also regularly run out of a lot of menu items. Lastly, there Has been something wrong or missing from my order at least 50% of the times I've gone here, and that's being generous.

Sorry I don 't have enough staff to employ the store. And another time I went we don 't have cheese, bacon or buns well then turn the lights off and close the damn store! Seriously the worst store and service. Wont be dining here again. Would give 0 if I could.

Did drive thru, it took forever it seemed. Very slow service. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry. I ordered 4 items and they forgot my large fries after taking their sweet time.. will go inside and double check my bags next time. Grrrr Reserva una mesa ahora
