I would give this restaurant zero stars. This is the third time in the past 30 days that my drive-thru order was incorrect, and this time, I was missing a Single Hamburger with Ketchup from my $90.90 order. I explicitly asked the drive-thru attendant at 7:48 PM to double-check my order, as it would be difficult for me to return before 8 PM. I arrived back at 8:02 PM and knocked on the window, thinking they might have already made the hamburger but just forgot to include it in my bag. However, every single employee ignored me. Additionally, they were out of Chili, Vanilla Frosties, and Grilled Chicken that evening. I won't hesitate to share my experience with others about this terrible servic...
was in a rush due to having to be to work within the hour so I didn't have time to make breakfast at home like I do normally I decided to come here for a quick bite to eat with my wife we come here frequently for dinner so I thought why not !!! Worst and I mean worst customer service by general manager Aubrey Delgado I went through drive through i ordered two meals that totaled 20$ I only had a 50$ to pay with she denied my payment because it was too early? Denied going to get change from safe and than told her crew to stop cooking our order?! I told her I was going to need corporate number she told me to Google it ?!? Than when I said I will be doing that she called me a fu**ing b*tch Night...
The manager on duty here at 230pm on 12-04-2022 was incredibly rude to the poor girl in front named emily. A burger came to us with cheese and when we tried to make it right the manager started to reprimand the girl in the front loud enough for us to hear in the dining room. It wasnt even the cashiers fault! We looked at the receipt and it was clearly done correctly through the system. It really is too bad, the food was ok otherwise.
Cash was very friendly and the service was quick. However, there was too much mayo on the broiled chicken sandwich. I ordered the asiago chicken combo, but it came in a medium size without me being able to choose. I would have preferred to pick my size. On a positive note, I had a coupon for $2 off my meal, which I appreciated. The fries and drink were also good.

I occasionally dine in with my kids, but we mostly use the drive-thru. I've never had a bad experience, but I did encounter a few issues this week. I wanted to take a moment to give a shout-out for how well they resolved the problems. Thank you, everyone! I know how challenging it can be to work in fast food.
I would give more stars because the service has always been friendly and the food is always good but their lobby/dinning room smells like the sewer backed up so trying to sit down in the dinning room to est is impossible... well if you want to enjoy your food anyway.

It's was very nice to eat at Wendy's. They were short staff and we customer had to wait 5 mins or less for us to order. But other than that the staff did there hardest to make everything work. They greet all of us with a Smile and our order. BIG THANK YOU WENDY'S

We went to try the new strawberry frosty. They don't have It or vanilla. Didn't get food.
The food was good. I got a Dr. Pepper instead of a root beer like I ordered.
