The place was ok, they need to step-up on clean. We walking in the place and the first thing a man from the staff said was Who let you in It was 10:00 Am in the morning and he was trying to explain that we don't have enough staff to keep indoor dining open. So we told them it's all good, we will make mobile order and pick up and leave. Manger said no because the MOBLIE ORDER HAVE TO BE ONLY IN DRIVE THROUGH Please someone from the staff explain and educate that man that mobile order can be pick up in store. I visited this Wendy's on my way home from Newark Airport on November 4, 2022, feeling pretty hungry and just in need of a snack. I entered the drive-thru line around 9:50 PM and noticed there were several cars ahead of me, but the line moved quickly. I reached the order point at exactly 10:02 PM, only to be informed that the restaurant had closed at 10 PM.

The dinning room was filthy. Ketchup all over the place, water on the floors in-front of the beverage station, ice was empty and machines looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Service was SLOW, it took me 10 minutes just to order. Cashier dropped my food on the floor and laughed and the manager just rolled his eyes at her. I had to ask twice for missing items. Manager helping make the food had no gloves on while handling the food. My food was cold and old. The bathrooms were equally as dirty, water and toilet paper all over the floor. I don’t know what is happening in that restaurant but it’s not good. Definitely will not be returning.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would've. I went in for a late snack around 7 after work and ordered chicken nuggets and a drink. I looked behind the counter, and as I saw nobody was wearing hair nets, nor gloves. The young lady on fries was holding the fry boxes and touching fries without proper gloves; with bare hands. I was also treated poorly at the counter when my order was taken, not in a polite manner and with attitude. Cleaning supplies were all over by food prep areas, and the dining room too was poorly kept. Would not be stopping by again, very disappointed.

I stopped by this restaurant off the highway because it didn't seem crowded—there were no cars in the parking lot, and only a few in the drive-thru. However, when I got out to go inside, I found that it was closed, and the drive-thru line was full. We waited in the drive-thru for what felt like about 20 minutes. When we finally reached the drive-thru window, I asked to speak to the manager and suggested that she put up a sign indicating that the inside was closed. I'm not sure if they put up a sign afterward, but I do know they missed out on a lot of business.
This restaurant tends to be too crowded for my taste. The line of cars often extends out to the highway, and by the time you finally get your food, it's simply not worth the wait. The staff seems visibly rushed, frustrated, and overworked. It's hard to tell if they're short-staffed, but it's clear that improvements in teamwork are needed to help the restaurant operate more smoothly.
The food at this restaurant is reliably delicious. However, the long wait in the drive-thru can be quite frustrating. I am a regular customer, but if there are multiple cars ahead of me, I unfortunately have to leave without ordering.
They were pretty busy. sat on drive through for about 30 mins. Also you have to check your bag before you leave happened to me twice unless you want to comeback if they forgot to put your order in your bag..
