The place was ok, they need to step-up on clean. We walking in the place and the first thing a man from the staff said was Who let you in It was 10:00 Am in the morning and he was trying to explain that we don't have enough staff to keep indoor dining open. So we told them it's all good, we will make mobile order and pick up and leave. Manger said no because the MOBLIE ORDER HAVE TO BE ONLY IN DRIVE THROUGH Please someone from the staff explain and educate that man that mobile order can be pick up in store. The dinning room was filthy. Ketchup all over the place, water on the floors in-front of the beverage station, ice was empty and machines looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Service was SLOW, it took me 10 minutes just to order. Cashier dropped my food on the floor and laughed and the manager just rolled his eyes at her. I had to ask twice for missing items. Manager helping make the food had no gloves on while handling the food. My food was cold and old. The bathrooms were equally as dirty, water and toilet paper all over the floor. I don’t know what is happening in that restaurant but it’s not good. Definitely will not be returning.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would've. I went in for a late snack around 7 after work and ordered chicken nuggets and a drink. I looked behind the counter, and as I saw nobody was wearing hair nets, nor gloves. The young lady on fries was holding the fry boxes and touching fries without proper gloves; with bare hands. I was also treated poorly at the counter when my order was taken, not in a polite manner and with attitude. Cleaning supplies were all over by food prep areas, and the dining room too was poorly kept. Would not be stopping by again, very disappointed.
After waiting five minutes to place a drive-thru order, I received a chicken sandwich missing the top bun. When I tried to report the issue online and filled out all the required information, the app wouldn’t let me submit the complaint, repeatedly asking for information that was already provided. This chain clearly has problems on multiple levels. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

The food at this restaurant is reliably delicious. However, the long wait in the drive-thru can be quite frustrating. I am a regular customer, but if there are multiple cars ahead of me, I unfortunately have to leave without ordering.
The food at Wendy's was good. While the rules encourage eating quickly, some of the staff seemed inexperienced and might need to reconsider if they don’t enjoy working with the public. The menu offers a variety of tasty options.
The dining room was closed, but there were no signs informing customers that only the drive-thru was available. I understand that sometimes this happens, but several customers parked and attempted to go inside.
They were pretty busy. sat on drive through for about 30 mins. Also you have to check your bag before you leave happened to me twice unless you want to comeback if they forgot to put your order in your bag..
