Popped in on Sunday afternoon for quick lunch as kids wanted burgers as backup, and Pollo Tropical appeared closed for renovations. We ordered as register and had a wonderful gentlemen and manager even assisted him with coupon special. They offered care and value and this is how other locations should model. The lobby was clean and bathrooms were fine. The soda area wasn't bad either and both Freestyle type machines were working. Had some unique flavor for Wendy's too. Only item that was very small issue. This location also had two items marked off menu as unavailable. Seems one limited sandwich was either under ordered or supplies too limited. This location appeared to have all other items...

Orderd via mobile app, had me wait when I arrived. Got charged twice on saved card in the app. Watched others drive away with there food on time. Only to get home and see I was charged 30.00 when my purchase was 8 bucks. Been going for some times but this will be my last.

very friendly people work here. always fast with their service. delicious food, warm and well cooked. classic imbreeding spot, I like to go during the lunchtime at work for a bite asiago grilled huh, so good!

Highly unprofessional staff, they are always getting online orders incorrectly and or missing items. Would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!
