on Thursday, 1st september, I stopped at 20:15 a.m. to get a burger in the tram. 5 cars in front of me. it took 30 minutes to get to the window. I started eating my burger on the way to the house and it was hardly hot! I think wendy must study and implement the work by methods of chic fil a. I visited their restaurants recently and even with 15-20 cars before me, I had my eating in less than 10 minutes.
I use the App a lot here, before I go, and the rewards are great. I’ll order things for a few days. Their food is always fresh and prepared well. (The Dave’s Double is my fav), along with the baked potatoes and chili.They’re never not friendly and I let them know I appreciate them, customer service is HARD these days), and they make my trip worthwhile!Highly recommend this Wendy’s!
Normally, I'm OK with this place, albeit the occasional missing item... Very disappointed. Went there this morning through the drive thru for breakfast, all the lights off, no one at drive thru. How sad! Where are the owners of this franchise. Why are they not doing something to help? They're representing Wendy and this place is going down hill.
In my view, this is the tastiest fast food burger out there. The service at this restaurant is impressively efficient. The staff clearly know what they’re doing, and you receive your order promptly, allowing you to be back on the road in no time. Terrible experience two times in a row the girl with the long braids has such a poor attitude. She has no concept of customer service and acts like she is bothered by having to do her job. She messed up my drink and gave me such an attitude when I asked for it to be fixed. The food was cold fries half full. They need to do better
the staff came by as if we were a little concerned. I took my big ones for a school leaving. my enkel would like to order for his own(11 years old) was said an order per car I am sure my business 't effect you are open or closed, but that has advised me the wrong way. ?
I was door dashing and I was the only car in the drive thru at the time and I had waited a long time with no explanation and they just handed the order out with no apology for the long wait
