I had a negative experience with this restaurant regarding their billing practices. They charged me twice for my order, with the second charge occurring the day after for just over a dollar, and did so without my authorization. It’s likely most customers wouldn’t even notice. When I reached out to Grubhub about this issue, they simply transferred my call to another department, as they didn’t have a record of the complaint. That department then put my issue on hold and suggested that the extra charge was a "PRICE WEISE," whatever that means. This seems like an obvious scam to me. I also filed a complaint with their corporate office twice, but they didn’t respond to my concerns.

The lines are always long, and reservations are handled with respect. I’ve enjoyed some great deals here, and they’ve never let me down. I’m a fan of their Frosty and burgers. I appreciate how the staff, despite their hectic days, always tries to be friendly. My Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is always delicious. I don’t really have any complaints, except that the bigger burgers can be a bit messy. Thankfully, I can stick to the Junior Bacon, which they’ve perfected. The bacon is spot on! I plan to go again today—it’s a must!

Fairly busy location, you might have to wait a bit because there seems to be a long line at the drive thru every time I visit. Likewise, this Wendy's seems to be a Grubhub/UberEats/DoorDash hub leading to a backlog of orders that the employees have to deal with. The food is about what you would expect from a Wendy's cheap, filling, tasty, but super greasy. Turnaround time is variable depending on how many other people crave unhealthy food that you crave it. I ordered at the kiosk and it did not accept Wendy's rewards. I had ordered a $5 biggie bag and a strawberry frosty. When my order came, the did not give me a receipt and told me that they couldn't print one out. They strawberry frosties were not available so I asked for a refund but they did not give me the right amount. They also failed to give me a drink for my meal. Fries are old and cold, not crispy. The food is good and typical, but the drive-thru is terrible. When there are more than three cars in line, I usually avoid it and go to McDonald's instead. If there are five cars waiting, it can take around 30 minutes to receive your food, and it's not much better inside. I don't know if they are short-staffed or what the issue is, but they really need to address this if they want to maintain decent business.

The customer service was terrible! I went in excited for my 10 piece chicken nuggets and some BLACK WOMEN GAVE ME MADE ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON AND AFTER THEY GAVE ME 9 NUGGETS. All I asked was how do I scan the code and she gave me a weird look and told me “how am I supposed to know” with a lot of attitude. They also took almost 30 minutes for a biggie bag and 10 nuggets

what a bad clerk, what a super slow workers, and don't wait in long queues, especially at night, get out of this lousy place. Lazy and irresponsible. I waited almost an hour and a half, then one bwomen told me there was no fresh food and has bad attitude. how suck?There are ten cars waiting behind me, which should be the same as me. ?

do not disturb the order online. her interior eating was not even open and you had to wait in the line area anyway. In addition, they send them an email with an i'm here link to let them know that they've arrived. the link did not work and had to wait additional time for them to make the food. Most unclean, slow paced workers. My lettuce was wilted and soggy. They forgot several ingredients. My fries were cold and stale. The bread was hard and dry and my friend got the wrong sandwich. Workers had an attitude and weren’t nice. Drink made me nauseate.
