As I was waiting for my food, I went fill my beverage cup. When I returned to the counter, I noticed a bag but did not know if it was my food or not. I called the employee working at the counter multiple times but she was more focused in her cell phone than the customers. She informed me that the bag was mine but after calling the employee multiple times, the bag was most likely sitting on the counter unattended for at least a total of 5 minutes. This is the worst Wendy's service with Uber eats I ever experienced I order a few things for example the grill wrap It looks like if the chicken was old and sitting overnight and the lettuce was very old also my drink did not come would I ordered my combo with the chicken nuggets were very hard and stiff and it feel like it was just out of the fridge and into the package I would not recommend this Wendy's for anyone if they're having the urge for a treat or for their children to order on Uber eats or even visit the store The employees are very unprofessional and have mad attitudes I think that they should look into this seriously because working in customer service is actually very important...
There were no cashiers. There was a single self service kiosk working. The kiosk was slow and cumbersome to use. I went through the drive through instead. I ordered a chicken wrap. It was the laziest wrap I ever received. It wasn't a wrap. It was just the chicken and lettuce with the tortilla thrown over it. It fell apart as soon as you received it. Poor experience all around.
It's a excellent Wendy's restaurant. I arrived at here after 8:30pm and could not order online. The restaurant was full of people. It's crazy busy time. The clerk worked very efficiently and gave me everything just right. The chicken nuggets were so crispy. I will come back here in the future. I like to order online but it was not working. Hope working in the future.

I recommend going through drive-thru. Sometimes line can get long, but it moves along steadily. I've experienced delays from ordering or picking up in the restaurant. So, it seems like they prioritize the drive-thru window
Very bad service, Confusion with the orders. Just overall a bad experience. I just wanted my kids to have a meal. But what a headache. Never again.
Traditional Wendy's food served hot and fresh. The friendly staff was wonderful and helpful. Super clean, Good Job!
