Despite being a bit short-staffed, the team working today put in tremendous effort to ensure freshness and quality. During my previous visits, the service was slower and the staff not as engaged. However, today’s employees were incredibly communicative and helpful. I could see that everyone was working together efficiently to get things done quickly. They were a fantastic example for other restaurant crews, including Wendy's. I will definitely recommend this place!

I noticed them coordinating well with each other to process orders efficiently. They truly exemplify a well-functioning Wendy's team. I would definitely recommend this location!
I really don't visit this place often enough. The service is fast, and although they tend to be busy, the shared parking lot has a lot of potholes that could use some attention. I've had local pedestrians approach me in the area, so if you're not planning to dine inside, it's better to find a different location. The food portions were reasonable, and the cashier was attentive, making me feel appreciated as a customer.

Fries were cold. I told the guy in the window and was he rude to me and told me to pull around and wait for fresh ones. Not sure why I didn't get fresh one the first time. I spend my money the same way the employees do, why would I want to waste it on food that I can't eat. I only gave the 2nd star because the manager was cool and made it right
Nice individuals working the windows but don't drive away until you have confirmed you have your full order...they seem to be famous for forgetting something and with the long drive-thru lines, you don't want to have to wait all over again just to get what you ordered and paid for the first time around.
Staff is nice, but the wait times are insane. I do delivery and Wendy's is the longest wait of any of the fast food places. The food is freshly made though, and they always get the order right.

Dipping your fries in a frosty is an otherworldly experience. Wendy's is the quintessential fast food restaurant.
