Before this one was built in El Monte I used to go to the location in Monrovia. Comparing the two, Monrovia location quality of food is way better and faster service. The El Monte location is slow and the bacon is always burnt in the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers or the Baconator fries. And they are stingy with condimentsFood: 3/5
I recently received a delivery from this restaurant and discovered that I was missing one of the items I ordered - the garlic fries. Despite trying to call them multiple times, I was unable to reach anyone and there was no receipt included in the package. I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
I have been disappointed by this Wendy's on multiple occasions. Despite my kids enjoying the food, my own meals are consistently messed up. I would recommend double-checking your order to ensure everything is there and not burnt. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 2 out of 5.

This wendy's has proven that it really doesn't care about their customers. They serve their food like slop, and God forbid you say something. You get a ghetto attitude. Never again will I eat the slop from this wendy's. This is the worst restaurant in the area.
This location was being cheap with food. Standard Wendy food but we order a large fries but it was only half full. Just cause we did drive through, they don't keep up quality control. Would recommend to go to different Wendy's.Food: 3/5
My father and I ordered chili at this restaurant and were disappointed to find large clumps of hair in our dishes. The staff was persistent in trying to sell us additional items, but surprisingly did not charge extra for the hair.
