I decided to give this place another chance in March after experiencing improved service and food quality as well as friendly staff. However, my visit last night was disappointing. Despite a short wait to place my order, I ended up waiting 15 minutes just to receive my food. When I finally got my order, it was incorrect - I had to go back and have it fixed. The burger I ordered was sloppily made and not well done, and my baked potato came with sour cream instead of butter. It had been a while since I last visited Wendy's, but I finally decided to treat myself. The food was prepared quickly, without compromising on quality. The staff was wearing personal protective equipment and were impressively fast and efficient. The food itself was also of high quality. Although they forgot my drink, I can overlook that. I will definitely be returning again soon.
