I had lunch here 10 01 22 Saturday ordered 2 chili both were horrible it was like tomato soup with loads of kidney beans and had little meat that was minced like coffee grinds :; I brought it back up to the counter and complained and I was told “ that’s how it is made” they exchanged it for 2 cups and re gave me the same poor quality chili over again; Wendy’s should just take it off the menu what a nose dive in the quality of a menu item that was once good; I will not eat in here anymore because this has been going on for a few years and I told my wife to no longer suggest going to Wendy’s for lunch; I won’t pay for poor quality food, this is why fast food chains fail “ good luck preying on...
I strongly advise against eating here! The service was incredibly slow, and when I finally received my order, several items were missing. The fries and nuggets were stale and overcooked. When I returned to request a refund, the manager—who had blonde hair and no hat—was rude and dismissive. I also overheard two kids in the window talking about seeing ants and other bugs, which was alarming. I was relieved that my meal was old and cold because if it had been fresh, I don't think I could have eaten it. This is the nicest Wendy's I've visited on Staten Island. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. I had two coupons for two free meals, and they not only redeemed those but also included an additional burger with cheese sauce that I had ordered. Sabrina at the counter was extremely pleasant, making sure we had all the sauces we needed, and even offered us a sample of their new cheese sauce, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return. Everything was fresh, accurate, and overall, my experience was five stars all around.
I just came home with my order from wendy on amboystraße. they are the worst. I have placed my order by handy and took it on the hard drive thru. have home and I lacked most of my order and what they prepared that they did not follow the instructions. this is not the first time it happened there. I'm sorry to pay for eating that I didn't get. it's not surprising that they still can't eat, they'd have to do the thing right. they didn't want to.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life!! I frequent this Wendy's simply because it's my local Wendy's but to be Franky honest I will be taking my business elsewhere. The staff are woefully under trained and the manager Sarah is the absolute worst. I don't know how she is still employed at this establishment it's an absolute embarrassment to the company.
Spent 30 minutes at drive-thru. The guy who took the order asked to repeat what I said like 5 times, thinking it was fun I guess. When I got to the window he was laughing and chatting with someone, right after that I was told that my order was already picked up by someone else. What was that? People paying money for the service and you charge too much I would say.
