I went out with my family around 3:30 PM after a very special recital on Saturday, June 23, 2018. I waited 20 minutes for a Berry Salad while my family finished their meals. The young woman serving our food was polite and very professional. Even though she was juggling additional to-go orders and in-house requests, she still made me feel valued by frequently checking on the status of my salad. She maintained a cheerful demeanor throughout, which was impressive. I had the worst customer service experience at this location. We often order the 444 or the biggie bag, which includes Nuggets, but they never provide the sauce or even ask which sauce we prefer. We always have to return to the counter or go through the drive-thru to request it. Lately, the restaurant has also had a strong unpleasant odor, reminiscent of an old mop, and the carpets are quite dirty. It's disappointing that there isn't another Wendy’s nearby. I think the franchise office should come by to see how poorly this place is being managed.

This Wendy's wasn't prepared for breakfast, or maybe it was just my experience. I didn't enjoy the breakfast. I ordered the "spectrum" sandwich, and the bacon tasted stale, like it was left over from yesterday. I won't be returning! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. By the way, parking is available on Queens Boulevard.
I stopped by this restaurant for a quick meal before hitting the road and used the drive-thru. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a 10-piece chicken nugget combo. The sandwich was just okay, but the nuggets were really cold. I also requested a dipping sauce, but I never received one.
This Wendy's was either unprepared for breakfast or just not up to standard. I was quite disappointed with my meal. I ordered the Baconator, and the bacon tasted like it was leftover from the previous day – both in look and flavor. I won't be coming back! Don't mess with my bacon!
My chicken sandwich was quite disappointing. The chicken was tough and dry, almost like it was rock-hard. The fries weren't very impressive either.

The portions were quite small at this restaurant. My daughter was specifically looking for a frosty treat! Haha!
