Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. We always order the 444 or the biggie bag which comes with Nuggets. They never give us the sauce or even ask what sauce we want. We always have to go back either to the counter or through the drive-through and ask for the sauce. Also, as of late, the place smells dirty, like when you use an old mop, and the carpet is so dirty. It is too bad that there is not another Wendy’s close by. The franchise office should visit to see how this place is being manged or rather ruined.

to make my order right, I must literally come in and order. the app doesn't let me order. I managed to get out and deliver. eating in my order is in the right way, not even taking out. they don't like answering the phone. so you wasted money because the order is wrong. if they order a sandwich, the meat must be checked because it is sometimes unin. problems with the app made me order from other restaurants. Accessibility: doors are not accessible to automatic wheelchairs.

Evil service just waited 20 minutes for 4 pommes in business and the guy at the front remained saying the order is big pommes with his hands wide as if it is so big of a job. the worst service in any almost food I have seen at least one dozen running gear thru orders and picking up were over this time. it is what it is would have tried the drive thru.

I come where ever I want something that’s not to heavy for lunch. Today i went for a 5 dollar bag and said no tomatoes but seems they put them and took them off didn’t bother to make a new sandwich. I’m highly allergic to tomatoes sad I can’t even eat a sandwich I paid for Reserva una mesa ahora

Let this be CLEAR I like Wendy's and this Wendy's usually never disappoints but last week we went the fries taste burnt or they were fried in dirty oil and there burgers were dry smh hopefully it was just a bad day for them. Still reasonable prices tho.

this wendy wasn't ready for breakfast or maybe. I didn't cost the breakfast. I ordered the speckator and the speck looked out and tasted like yesterday the speck. never again! Don't go with me and my speck. parking: queens blvd.

Went here to grab a quick bite before I hit the road. Used drive thru. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and 10 pic chicken nuggets. Sandwich was okay but nuggets were super cold. Asked for dipping but was never given one.

I wish there was Wendy’s close by to eat there,but I have love Wendy’s since I was kid and it still delicious and wonderful. I love that they have different size of French Fries and Chicken Nuggets Reserva una mesa ahora

atmosphere is old, dirty and not very pleasant to eat. it will never be packed. Eating is kind of expensive. go better on mcdonald’sfood: 2/5

Taste good, has many items on the menu, good fast food place. They recently launched 3 awesome drinks!
