Came through the drive through at about 12:32 on 6-22-2023. Tried to order through the drive through, and the lady was RUDE as hell, keeped talking over me like I stupid or something. Then we pull around.. and she THROWS my food at me. I asked her 3 times for BBQ sauce and she pretended like she didn’t hear me. Then with an attitude says “that will be .53 cents”. If you hate your job, and you hate working with people, why are you working with people?
We just stopped in for a meal on our way to church, thank God I took off some of the extra ketchup and onions cause there was a big black hair staring at me. We went back to the restaurant, and there was a gentleman working that had a full beard and nothing covering the beard. Needless to say refund on the full order and we will not be eating there again totally disgusting.
We went through the drive-thru and were the only customers there. We were asked to pull up and wait for our food to be made fresh. After waiting 15 minutes, we received cold fries and burgers. We had only ordered a small fry and 3 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. None of the food was warm, making us wonder why we had waited at all.
They need to update their hours. I went at 10:00 for breakfast and they said they weren’t opening until after 11. Some days they will close early. Always check your bag because either they forgot something or there will be an issue with your food. I would not recommend going to this location. Reserva una mesa ahora
The lady in the window was very nice and on the grind for sure. The food was hot trash though to be honest. The chicken on my sandwich was so try it was tearing off in dried strips. The bun was stale and hard on the edges. The sauce was good and i had high hopes but the food was not fresh.
Dave's single was cold, had to have it remade and it was a couple degrees warmer. Ghost pepper fries were the worst to get out of the bag as the sauce and grease dripped everywhere. Not very impressed.
My sandwich was not the sandwich that I ordered and paid and it was cold. The chili beans WERE NOT fully cooked (hard). I discovered all of this after I came home from my drive-thru order.

Employees are super slow. Ordered an hr back and still they did not made a food ready. Super slow service.
