Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

The poor cashier had a language barrier and messed up our order just a bit, she also told us the wrong price on the meal. She was trying her hardest and clearly uncomfortable on the register and her coworkers and manager all stood by just watching herinstead of helping. I understand people need to learn things on their own but there?s also a time to step in and help someone.She was obviously in distress. As a former manager myself, I felt awful for her because you could tell she wanted to ask forhelp but didn?t feel comfortable doing so. My breakfast baconator had no cheese sauce on it but I didn?t want to bother thesweet girl or involve her manager who seemed to be in a foul mood.

I visited this restaurant on Friday, April 2, 2022, at around 9:06 PM. Eating at a fast food restaurant can sometimes be a challenge, but my experience was great. Kylie kindly allowed me to order at the drive-thru window, pay, and collect my meal. Thank you, Kylie, for being so friendly, fast, and efficient – you did an awesome job! I also want to give a shout-out to the two other team members who were fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious! Kudos to everyone!

Nice staff, but so much slower, and usually at least one if not 3 errors with our order. 2 kids meals, and 2 chicken sandwiches... how can you make 3 mistakes putting that together? 15 minute wait?? If it wasn't a common occurrence at this location, I wouldn't bother to complain. *Just started eating and realized we also didn't get our large fries (charged on receipt).

Unsatisfied staff! I had a free sandwich coupon to fill out one of their surveys on the back of my receipt, and the checkout was too ignorant as to me (like their manager). The best they could do for me is release $2.00. Not cool! Reserva una mesa ahora

The details of my own experience include living the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger 4 for $4 Meal Deal. The store is always too cold, though. And the events in the atrium blow hard right down on your food, cooling it down hugely fast.

That's a great deal and managment. I'm driving trucks and popping up in the lobby closing time. The doors were closed. But they locked up so I could order my food. Thank you. Great customer service!!!

One of my favorite food joints. Spicy chicken sandwich combos. Yum. This Wendy's is nice and clean. The workers are pleasant and always willing to make sure your order is correct and fresh.

The place is always clean and the service is always fast. I never had a problem here. I go on a weekly basis; so I can tell they're good.

cheap food... super satisfying. There was a fast, efficient and polite service. This place has a good feeling for it.
