went to the drive thru, and ordered, paid and when I get to the second window the girl says it didn’t go through and was being so annoyed so I say oh I’m sorry I’ll try again. She hands me the debit machine I pay again, and the whole time she had so much attitude and no customer service skills at all.I get my food, leave and I think maybe I should check my online banking to see what’s happening why it didn’t go through.It went through 2 times. So I go back and I tell them and everyone else was super nice except for this same girl. The other employee was saying sorry for that and she just didn’t say anything the whole time, handed the money didn’t even ask me if It was okay to give me cash in...

I would rate it 4 stars because the staff was friendly and efficient. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The garbage cans were overflowing, and the ladies' restroom could have used a thorough cleaning. I visited at 3 PM, so the lunch rush had ended, and it seemed like the floors could have been swept and the trash emptied.

I always stop by this Wendy's when I'm traveling to or from Moncton. The service is consistently quick, whether I'm dining in or going through the drive-thru. The burgers and fries are always fresh! They recently renovated the interior, and it looks fantastic. If you enjoy trying different beverages, you'll love their fountain drink machine!

The service was quick and friendly. However, there was a notable error when I went through the drive-thru—half of my order was missing. Thankfully, I checked the food before leaving, which was crucial. Fortunately, they added the missing items and sincerely apologized, demonstrating their excellent customer service. Take it from Wendy herself (attached): her dad invented GREAT food. Always loved this one because it was a more classic Wendy's inside. Sooooo good. Sometimes the hours don't line up with their posted hrs online, just an FYI.

As far as fast food goes this is probably the best in Fredericton. On occasion you get mixed up orders or cold food. You get what you pay for and more reliable then McDonald’s.

A great job by the staff in getting our order quickly and served promptly. The fries were hot and each burger customized as requested.The dining space was clean and well kept.
