Brand new Wendy's finally reopened! This particular morning visit was better than the time before. My first time ordering since the remodel was late night, about 10 or 11 pm. Went through the drive-thru and service was slow. Not sure if it had anything to do with employees or the customers in front of me, but I was probably waiting a good ten minutes before I was able to reach the speaker to place my order. There was only 2 cars in front of me that I saw. My food was at least hot and fresh once I got it! When I went in the morning there were no cars but it still took a minute to receive my breakfast .. and everything was good except one of my biscuits seemed to be on the not so fresh side
Updated Review! Newly torn down and rebuilt restaurant. The place looks great inside and out. The drive through is almost always packed but the lobby is not. They have two of those Coke Freestyle machines that everything ends up tasting a little like cherries. The food looks good but their prices are off the hook now. The 'Value ' items are almost $4 each now. The kid behind the counter was super friendly and the store was sparkly clean.
Pretty poor quality service and food for a Wendy's. The lines are long, and most of the workers are impatient at both the speaker and the windows. Nuggs aren't usually warm by the time they're handed to you, and buns are usually soggy. The chili isfine though. If you're not expecting much, this place is okay; definitely don't go here if you have fond memories of otherWendy's.
Like everywhere else, the food is far too expensive. Like everywhere else, the service and attitude of the people working there is terrible. Would it hurt you to smile as you charge me 49$ for 2 combos and two 4 for 4s? Maybe cut some staff and lower yourprices. For $15+ an hour, I expect better service. The food is what it is. Everyone is marginal.
