We placed our order through the app and opted for drive-thru pickup. Upon arrival, we announced our presence at the order menu, and they instructed us to pull up to the window. When we got to the window, we were told they were out of fish and asked what we wanted instead. Since the fish sandwich was the only reason we came, we requested a refund. I experienced really rude service when I asked for another BBQ sauce. I wasn't aware there was a charge for it, but the staff member's attitude was unnecessary. They didn't inform me about any extra costs, so I found their reaction quite surprising. Next time, I guess I’ll just wait for them to ring me up, since it's such a big deal. It's frustrating how customer service has deteriorated lately for no apparent reason.
I was really craving Wendy's this afternoon double double cheeseburger combo walked into the front lobby at 10:30 in the morning stood there for literally 4 1/2 minutes and still did not get greeted by anyone behind the counter. There was nobody that I could see, so needless to say I walked out and went to In-N-Out.

Got a baked potato this is one of the first times I've gotten a baked potato from this location and it's actually been fully cooked It was really good and instead of barely putting anything on it they actually put cheese and bacon on it and not just one or two little
The first Wendy's that did not mess up my order. I ordered on the app. I went to pick up my order. The guy at the counter was nice and friendly. Will go here again knowing they can make a order correctly.
Went to enjoy the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Frosty and it is really tasty! Service was quick, facility was clean and Frosty was great!
The two-for-$3 breakfast deal is the best offer in Sacramento! I really love Wendy's.
