Wendy's is generally good, but not at this location. The staff member taking orders was rude and often shouted. She didn't seem to understand any questions and only repeated back the items on the menu. Once, they forgot to include salt in my fries, and another time, my hamburger tasted bitter because of a large, dry piece of lettuce. The two guys at the payment window were too busy chatting and laughing with each other to make eye contact with customers, and they seemed annoyed when I asked for my receipt.
They are worst. They ALWAYS get our order wrong. And then you call to ask for the right items and then treat you as the one in the wrong even when the receipt shows you paid for the item. Manager Marcela has terrible customer service and was super rude. We need corporate to get involved and teach these workers customer service skills and food handling. Disgusting service
Overall, it was a good fast food experience. The food was ready surprisingly quickly, even though I had customized my order. I enjoy using the kiosks for ordering and then just collecting my food when it's ready. The Diet Coke from one of the machines tasted a bit strange, but that was a minor issue as the other one was just fine.
This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. The staff were extremely rude, the service was slow, and the systems were malfunctioning. Overall, it was a terrible experience with customer service.

I ordered spicy chicken meal and asked for no salt on the fries, but they didn’t see it and when i ate the fries, i could feel my blood pressure rising from all that salt.
Horrible staff and service. Management needs to fire everyone and rehire people who actually care about food quality and service.
