My son and I love the food here, in particular the fries! We also paid the $1 to $2 that it was to get the frosty mini keychain; that gets you a free child size Frosty and that was a fantastic deal as it lasts for one year. I can only think of one time that I ever had an issue here and it's probably my fault because I went very late and by the time I got home the fries were kind of cold so I just threw them in the microwave for a minute. So that is really good! Especially since I have been coming to this location for the 31 years that I have lived in my house thus far.The service is always fast and with a smile and we really appreciate our Wendy's :
terrible. this wendy’s has been downhill for a year and a half. tonight 8/10/2022 at 10:12 clock, I ordered an asiago huhn combo. a six-piece chickening rug on the side. everything was crisp as crisp. the fries were like kesselfries, my nuggets were so dried in the oil they had to sit all day, they were dried out! from this place tired. open a Burger King there and place this place! the service is bad, the manager are the most bad for these foods to let pass. unbelievable. hold the flap!
I came in today to pick up a take out order. There was a new person training in the back. The manager on duty (I think she was the manager) kept apologizing rather profusely for any delays. It didn't help that customers waiting in line still complained. I give this review a 5 star rating just because not every manager (or team member) would go out of their way to apologize forsuch a long wait
The girl working the drive thru was absolutely terrible if she wouldnt have been laughing and goofing off with her coworkers she may have gotten my order correct and wouldn't have forgotten part of my order. We were rushed out of the drive thru. The manager Patrick was absolutely awesome very friendly and understanding and he did everything to make it up to us.

One of the go-to places for my husband. They've changed their menu though and now the 4for4 isn't as good a value as it was for him. He would have to purchase the biggie bag for $1 more and that annoys him. But still it's a good value for usually a hot fresh burger by comparison to other places.
waited in the car thru seemed for always only three cars in front of me. then don't drive my food on the sandwich. all doors are locked and had to wait 20 minutes back in the drive thru to repair it.
if they want to check their order! again missing items like my chili! no utensilien, strau, sauce, serviettes nothing. then you try to call and it automatically depends on!
We were told to use the drive through because the counter girl was on break! Five more came in after us and were told the same thing. Business lost. Ridiculous!

I absolutely love this Wendy's and the manager DESTINY BENJAMIN is the best. She's the whole reason I come to Wendy's. she's so friendly and professional
First time having Wendy's Breakfast it tasted good.
