There’s nothing worse than the lingering smell of stale frying oil in my car. After just a four-minute drive home, my fries were already cold and hard, like they’d been sitting out for an hour before being bagged. To make matters worse, the spicy chicken sandwich was also cold, and I was accidentally given a double Big Bacon Classic with chili meat—something I never ordered! I only wanted a regular Big Bacon Classic because I’m not a fan of Wendy’s smaller patties; the quality of the meat used to be much better. On top of that, my sodas contained eight pieces of ice. Ryshawn was exceptionally friendly and professional. After a long day at work, I decided to stop by Wendy's, and I’m so glad I did—this is hands down the best Wendy's I’ve ever visited! I will definitely make it a point to come back whenever I’m in the area and craving friendly service alongside my meal. When I placed my order, Ryshawn personally brought my food to the table and let me know that the chicken was prepared slightly differently, which I really appreciated. He was professional, warm, and excellent at multitasking. Thank you, Ryshawn!
I ordered a coffee with three creams and three sugars, along with a spicy sandwich. They didn't give me my coffee right away and asked me to wait in the parking lot for someone to bring it to me. When the person finally arrived, they handed me a cup of black coffee without a lid. I walked to the drive-thru to request cream and sugar, but after several minutes, they just returned the same cup of black coffee to me. I will NEVER recommend this place, not even to my worst enemies.
The staff were friendly and attentive, working quickly and efficiently to prepare my order. They even went out of their way to locate the specific toy my child wanted from the six options available. The seating area was clean, spacious, and well-lit. There was plenty of parking available in the lot, but turning left into the restaurant can be a bit tricky, so be cautious. The service was quick and efficient, definitely an improvement over my experience in Broomall. I visited during a heavy rainstorm and was asked to wait in the drive-thru, even though the dining room was empty. When I reached the window, they simply handed me my food without any thanks or recognition. The experience felt somewhat inconsistent at times. Overall, I'd rate it a 10/10.
I picked up the wrong order from the drive-thru, and there were no sandwiches included. I didn’t notice this until I got home. Additionally, there was no receipt in the bags. I attempted to call multiple times but got no response. Eventually, I received a message stating that the voicemail was full, and then the call dropped. This was such a frustrating experience!
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. The women working at the counter formed a fantastic team, and the restaurant was impeccably clean, including the restrooms, which is always a bonus. Overall, it was a truly lovely visit!
I visited Wendy's last night specifically to try their peppermint Frosty and was thrilled to find they had it! I was especially pleased since the Brookhaven location didn’t offer it. The staff member who took my order was friendly and efficient, and my chicken nuggets arrived hot and fresh!

The food at Wendy's is what you would expect—it's not fine dining, but it's perfectly good for a fast food joint. The quality is satisfactory for this kind of place. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is kept very clean and organized.
The chili here is amazing—it's just like it used to be: hearty and thick, unlike before when it was too watery.
