It's quite remarkable how one restaurant can manage to get your order wrong in at least one way every single time. Tonight, they made four mistakes, despite my husband going over the order several times at the drive-thru. Even when we order ahead, things still go awry; on two occasions, we’ve arrived after placing a mobile order only to be told that it had already been picked up. I wouldn't be surprised if they handed over a mobile order to anyone who simply asked for one! The drive-thru wait time is consistently long, even when you're the second car in line. It seems that the quality of the food varies significantly between day and night. During the day, the food is good, but at night, it's quite disappointing. The food doesn’t taste fresh, and it feels like the staff doesn’t care. I recommend checking it out for yourself.
Most of the food tastes good. My kids love the chicken nuggets. They are pretty quick. The service is mostly friendly. I don't think you can order ahead. The drive through speaker is scratchy and hard to hear. It's too cold inside during the summer and the winter.
This is the best Wendy's I've ever visited. They consistently take your order accurately and do it quickly. There's nothing negative to say about this fast food restaurant. The staff is always friendly, and the wait time is usually short.

This restaurant is a lifesaver for me when I'm on a tight budget. The food is what you'd expect from a typical fast food place. However, I've noticed that there have been a few occasions where I've had to wait longer than expected.
Fast customer service even at lunch time. Friendly. Excellent 2 for 5 dollar chicken sandwiches (best in the fast food industry)! Fries were good but a bit skimpy for a large size.
The customer service was exceptional. The staff showed great patience as my kids took their time deciding what they wanted. Even with our complicated order, everything was correct.
Some of the friendliest staff I've ever interact with in a Drive-Thru. The person who was taking my order made one small joke that brighten up my day. And he had such nice glasses!
