After three years since my last negative review, I feel compelled to share my experience again. I've encountered poor customer service on multiple occasions, with little attention paid to ensuring orders are correct. Additionally, the staff rarely inquires about reward points.
Most recently, I placed a mobile order at the drive-thru and clearly mentioned it was mobile. However, when I reached the window, the employee handed me my receipt without even facing me and seemed more interested in chatting with her coworkers than attending to customers. The manager was also distracted, running back and forth between two employees while my order was just sitting there.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I placed an order online, but when I arrived, they claimed they couldn't find it and insisted I come in personally. I explained that I couldn't because I was at work and even showed them my order on my phone. Instead of helping, the manager threatened me, saying I needed to leave or the police would be called. I never received my order, and it feels like they stole my money. I've already filed a complaint with corporate regarding this incident that occurred on Tuesday, March 21, at 2:20 PM. I absolutely adore Wendy's KINI! It's been my mom's favorite for about 10 years now. I love getting the family size, which is perfect for serving a whole family and is packed with beans and just a bit of meat. The lemonade at Wendy's is also fantastic! And I can't forget to mention their large sandwiches—delicious! In my opinion, it's a great option for healthy eating. The service is good, and the staff are always friendly. I can't wait to visit again!
Had one girl working and a long line of customers, she could barely keep up and was obviously struggling. Overworking her was sick, we had gotten skipped in the drive through by a person with no vehicle, weird experience already it was funny.

Ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad and the strawberry lemonade. My order arrived in a timely manner, the salad and drink were well packaged, and everything was delicious!
