Zero customer service here. Lobby was flooded on last pick up.... drier today but they claimed to be cash only. The computers worked for clocking in, receiving mobile orders, and the card readers were on and connected. Theft by employees? Avoid this place.
After a disappointing experience at another fast food chain tonight, I want to express my gratitude to the two employees at the drive-thru window who made my evening so much better! Thank you for your kindness!
This restaurant has horrible service. There is always an excuse to why they can't take your order. A place full of workers that doesn't want to work. Need a whole new crew or shut it down.
The young lady taking my order was great! Polite and fast with putting every item in accurately. She even double-checked at the window since she couldn't print out a receipt. Reserva una mesa ahora
Lady at the drive-through window got upset with me because her worker messed up the order. Told me next time to tell him through the microphone.
I ordered chili and it only had about 4 beans in it and it seemed to be watered down. Terrible. I just threw it away. Very disappointed.
