I wish I could give no stars. We went to the Wendy's drive thru on Saturday night. The weight was long and we ended up getting the wrong thing. That is not the worst part. First. You can't be slow and inaccurate. That's ridiculous. But the worst part was we didn't end up getting the chicken burger that I wanted in the first place. We ended up getting a cheeseburger. I cut my losses because we are already on our way to our destination and so I just decided to eat what they give us. My partner was mad that we did not get the chicken burgers that we requested and he did not eat his. I ate the cheeseburger and the next morning became violently ill. The food was mediocre, and many drink options were out of stock. The manager, who was overseeing the register area, was not very pleasant to deal with. It seemed like a hassle for the customers, both before and after us. He appeared indifferent to our presence. At one point, a family accidentally picked up some trays from the counter, and when the manager returned from the back, he started yelling at them about returning the trays and questioned how they intended to get their food. Our child's meal was missing items, and when we brought it to his attention, he insisted that he had given us everything. We had to open all our bags to show him what we received. I went through the drive-thru and arrived at the order box at 6:45. There was one car ahead of me in line. I was finally able to place my order for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger at 6:50. There was another car at the window, making it a total of three vehicles, including mine, waiting to pay and receive our orders. After a while, the first car finally got their food, and we were able to move forward. Meanwhile, the driver behind me still hadn't placed their order and was honking their horn to get the attention of the staff. To sum it up, I didn’t receive my food until 7:10. I can only imagine how they would handle a busy rush.

This is the first time I was visiting this location. The service was a slow as there was miscommunication between the people making the meals, the drive thru and the front counter. The front counter person was handling the front as best as possible, so getting the order done was a bit long, due to other interruptions. Meal was fine. This Wendy's is horrible. The order taker at the counter kept getting my order wrong and it took 8 minutes just to get my order of 2 son of a baconator large sized right. Flies were all over the restaurant. They landing on people and their food. The floors were dirty and sticky. The lemonade machines were not mixing and was separated with pulp on the bottom and looked like the machines had slime inside.

Pretty much your typical Wendy's food wise. Service was a little lacking. Lady at the drive through was very friendly, whoever filled our order was not so great. Had to go back because they forgot our fries, also gave us the wrong dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets. We went at 2:30 in the afternoon and were the only guests there, so not sure why so many mix ups.

There were only two cars in line when I arrived, yet somehow it took 20 minutes to get through. My entire order was wrong. No sauce for the nuggets even though I asked twice. The complete opposite of what I asked for on the burger was left on. Ice in the drink when I asked for no ice. I definitely won't be back

Ridiculous wait time in their drive thru. Almost drove off without the sandwich I ordered because the lady didn’t see it on the order. I had to point it out to her because the total would’ve been high for fries and a frosty. I would say avoid this location if you’re really craving Wendys. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, and when it was finally our turn to pay, I noticed the night crew laughing and joking with each other. When I mentioned the long wait time to them, they just blamed it on corporate.

We used the drive through. We were the only car and it still took longer than most places to receive our food. The food was good , service was poor to say the least. Sorry we interfered with your work shift and ordered food.
