Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

I haven't eaten at Wendy's very often, but my experience there was quite enjoyable. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich and a Cheeseburger, along with two fries. The food was prepared quickly, and I appreciated how warm the bag was when I received it, indicating that the food was served fresh. The flavors and quality were definitely impressive, and the atmosphere was great. The cheese sauce and bacon were particularly delicious, and there was plenty of both. The staff was friendly during our brief interaction. Overall, the price for the meal was reasonable, especially considering the high-quality ingredients they use. I'm looking forward to trying more items on their menu in the future.

After 20 minutes and with several customers being served, a staff member came out to ask what I was waiting for. The server admitted she had completely forgotten about my order. When my food finally arrived, it was missing the tomato, bacon, and cheese. They also forgot the sauce, and the food was lukewarm at best, with the fries being cold. This is by far the worst place ever as I pull up I see a girl and a guy in a car and the doors are locked they are smoking and hiding at the front of the door in the car and lights are on and I look at them they look right at me . As I get in my car and pull away the girl gets out of the car and the goes into the Wendy’s . All I know is this is horrible management and get some actual help . Get rid of staff that would rather hang in the parking lot . Then work for a living !! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GO HERE. I went for lunch one day and had a drive through employee can me trifling, had an attitude the whole time, never gave me half me food and almost sure she spit in my food. All of my food was cold, my nuggets were soggy. And to top it all off was refused a receipt so I didn’t have her name. I’m beyond disgusted by the employees and service here. We tried to order here about a month ago, but all the doors to the building were locked about 4 hours prior to closing time, with an employee sitting on their phone in the dining area. Fast forward to my second time trying to order here (this time drive thru) and was immediately told their system was down. Can't rate the food because they don't serve food here. How is this place even able to stay open? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Is this how a proper business operates? My food was prepared and ready, yet I had to wait for another customer whose meal was still being cooked. They should have just handed me my food! I also felt insulted by the staff, including the manager. Is this acceptable service? Rating: Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The staff is unfriendly; they often don’t speak to you at all, especially if they’re "shut down" during business hours. Nine times out of ten, if you place a mobile order, you’ll arrive at the drive-thru only to be told that they’re closed. Service: Takeout Meal: Dinner Service Rating: 1/5
