There are a few standout employees at this restaurant who make the experience tolerable, but overall, the quality of the food has declined in recent years. The fries used to be crispy, salty, and fresh, but now they are limp and dull, likely due to the frequent use of oil that is not changed as often to save money. For example, the bacon used to be crispy on sandwiches, but now it is chewy as it sits out for a while. The salads are limp and lacking flavor, with wilted lettuce and thin tomato slices. I'm sure there are better options out there, but I am a loyal customer. The only thing keeping me coming back is the frozen dessert, as it seems like Wendy's is making cost cuts that are affectin...

The only fast food place around that offers baked potatoes had NO baked potatoes available. You 'd think since they found a niche in the market, they 'd make sure that it was filled. The staff didn 't seem to care at all since the response was, we ain 't got any what else you want? When asked when they 'd have more, the response was, I dunno...an hour? maybe? The burgers are average, at best. Putting wet lettuce and tomatoes on them turns the buns soggy within seconds.

It is disappointing to see that Wendy's is not as good as it used to be. I understand that many food restaurants are struggling to retain and hire staff, but I have been to this particular location once a month for the past few months and still experienced slow service with cold food. It seems like they are having trouble getting their act together.

Drive thru can’t hear a single thing they say. Also was using an app she snarked and said well only if my machine works like im supposed to know this. Let’s find a better way to chat with customers. Food is

I ordered the bacon cheddar burger for the first time and it was delicious. The fries were hot and crispy, and my order was ready when I arrived. There were no problems with my meal.

Had a fantastic quick lunch with my child. All the food was served hot and fresh. The manager and staff were super friendly and accommodating. The dining area was extremely clean.
