Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

We’ve always liked going to this Wendy’s but today was so ridiculous. They’re slow and lost. I would not have mind the wait (near an hour) if my damn food was fresh instead of being cold af and forgetting my sauces I asked for. They literally had workers walking around not doing nothing. If I could I’d give y’all a -2. The drive thru order taker needs to turn up her damn headset or clean her ears better and the one handing out the food needs to be put on the fry station because he was completely lost. Lastly y’all didn’t give my damn receipt because y’all knew y’all was wrong for the cold food.

The last 3 times I have ordered from here it has been nothing but problems. The first time my order was wrong but you know everybody makes mistakes then the next time they keep everybody in the drive-thu line for for 20 mins not taking anybody's order then come over the intercom saying they are closed then tonight I pull up to the intercom to find out their system is down they can't take anymore orders even though I had a mobile order that would had been on there as soon as it came back up in a few minutes. I am done with this location all their bad management.

I ordered a baconator meal, a single hamburger, chicken nuget meal and taco salad. Waited in drive thru for 20 plus minutes. Did not get the baconator, the hamburger was a cheese burger. The chili was cold. This was almost $50 and nobody ate any of it. I hardly ever go there, now i remember

If you can't employ enough people to open the lobby, put a sign on the door!!!! Sign on the door says dining room open till 10 pm. You get out of your car get to the door only to find it locked. This at 6 pm on a Thursday evening. Prime business hours. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was average, I had remembered it being much better. It seems like when they first changed the menu, everything was good and the portions were right. Now, the $12 burger I bought was smaller than a double cheeseburger.

I got a double hamburger meal yesterday in Muscle Shoals. The meat was so hard and dry I couldn't chew it!! I would like a refund on that meal that had to go in the garbage!! 256-291-6478.No star rating!!!!!

Got some food the other day a wrap and strawberry lemonade. They had poor attitudes and couldn't even get my order right. The strawberry lemonade was gross so was the wrap. I threw the whole thing in trash.

A great place to stop on a snowy day. Huge thanks to the staff for being there and open for business!
