I stopped by Wendy's for a quick meal with my daughter, but it turned out to be anything but quick. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by an employee who was openly complaining about needing to leave after working all day. While I empathize with her situation, customers shouldn’t have to deal with the consequences of staff shortages. After waiting about 20 minutes with no update on our order, I asked for a refund for my daughter's meal. By that time, the original cashier had left, and someone else was handling the register. Wendy's offers tasty food, but they really need to improve their staffing. The service was incredibly slow; I encountered a lengthy drive-through line, so I decided to go inside, only to find another queue. Unfortunately, none of the employees acknowledged the ten people waiting in line, and there was no apology for the delay, even after ten minutes. I ended up leaving without placing an order. I understand it's a staffing problem, so I do plan to return in the future to try their menu again.
I placed an order online, and when I arrived, my items were still being packed. I was then told that none of my chosen drinks were available, which included all the soft drinks. The only options they had were Mellow Yellow and Dr. Pepper. They did offer me lemonade at no extra charge, which was nice. I live less than three minutes away, but when I got home, the food was cold.
This restaurant has the worst service. They need employees who are willing to work and provide good service. They couldn't get any orders right and were frequently out of items. The restaurant needs better organization and stronger support.

At 9:05 am in the rain, both the front and side doors were still locked. Along with another potential customer, I decided to leave. There’s no good reason to give a second chance—you either open on time or you don’t.
After Wendy's reopened, the food was incredibly tasty! The customer service was excellent, and if you're searching for a fantastic place to bring your family, this is the ideal option. Keep it up!
When I say slow, I mean incredibly slow. It’s fast food, so I don’t expect much, but you’re already eating unhealthy food—at least provide excellent service to go along with it!
The staff is constantly wandering around, seeming confused about their tasks.
