Update: I just checked the replacement order it was missing fries. I went back to get the remainder of my order. Will came to the window again my husband told him we were missing fries. He 's said, No, we can 't do that. I asked for the manager again. She came over was not as nice this time, and seemed irritated. I told her my previous order was the meal that included thefries drink (when I had asked for the drink a few minutes before she acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me thedrink. She did give us the fries, but not nicely. I asked for the corporate number and she practically threw a receipt from theregister at my husband and said it 's on the receipt. Though I didn't wait long to receive my son's meal, the employee who handed me the food promptly disappeared into the back without a word. To my dismay, I discovered that half of the 6-piece nuggets and some fries were at the bottom of the bag, as if they had been mishandled. I attempted to get another employee's attention, but they ignored me. It took three assertive “excuse me!”s before anyone acknowledged me and provided the dipping sauce my son wanted.

So I walked in to order, got a chicken sandwich, oatmeal bar, and a side of seasonal fruit. The chicken sandwich was fine, the oatmeal bars, one of my favorites, but cannot tell you how disappointed I was with the fruit the container it came in, was literally the size of the palm of my hand And there was maybe a quarter of an apple cut up in that container. For $1.99 I was expecting at least two varieties of fruit in there and a container that was larger than their kiddy frosty cup. Will never order the fruit again!.
I’m puzzled as to why the manager at this restaurant requires customers who use mobile ordering to pick up their food in person. I already paid for my order! I ended up standing around for a long time waiting for my food, which I had ordered 20 minutes earlier. Doesn’t that defeat the whole point of mobile ordering? I recently had surgery just four days ago, and if I was feeling well enough to go out, I would have just gone to the restaurant myself in the first place!

During my return to the drive-thru for a replacement meal, I encountered a rude and disrespectful employee at the window. However, the female manager who took care of my order was much friendlier. On a previous visit, I had also received the wrong order, and the individual on the loudspeaker was unfriendly and did not offer an apology. Fortunately, the person at the window who corrected the mistake was very nice and sincerely apologized, which I appreciated.
I called around 4:30 and a girl named Ryan picked up the phone she had a really bad attitude the entire time this is not the first time this person has had a bad attitude toward me since I have been there….. I will not be going back there again
I visited this restaurant with my wife and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Our order was taken and processed efficiently. The restaurant was also very clean. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
This restaurant is quite disappointing. If you offend them in any way, they will deliberately alter your food. Additionally, their staff is extraordinarily rude when interacting with customers.

Every time I visit, I either receive the wrong order, find that my burger is missing ingredients it's supposed to have, or the food is not up to standard.
