The only reason she didn’t rate it five stars was the exceedingly long wait in the drive-thru line, which was the only service available due to a staff shortage. Nevertheless, the food was hot and well-packaged, rather than hastily assembled. There were no complaints regarding the taste of our orders. Overall, she would recommend Wendy's without hesitation, which speaks volumes.
Kiana is a total disappointment. It's hard to believe that she is in charge of the place. I will be reaching out to corporate about my experience. Her attitude was unacceptable, and it's disheartening when even her colleagues recognize it. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
This restaurant is currently closed, with its dining area out of service. It seems to be the only restaurant in Atlanta with no available seating. It's essential that new staff and ownership take charge, as the current state of affairs is completely unreasonable.
