Let?s start by it takes a lot for me to take time out of my day to leave a review. This Wendy?s has always provided mediocre service. The 2 years I?ve been in the area but during the pandemic I?ve noticed the quality continues to decline. I?ve had several guest visit me and stop at the Wendy?s and all have called me complaining about my local neighborhood Wendy?s! I had the worst experience there for the first time on 10/02/2021. I was overcharged never given all my items, when I complained a worker tried to argue with me as if I was wrong (then one of her co-workers said to her, ?oh she?s trying to buck?. Is that how you train your staff Wendy?s? and then went to print out my receipt after...
It is lazy, unprofessional, and inconsiderate to your customers to close consistently early every night and NOT update your business hours. Frustrated at every place having inaccurate hours, I even placed a mobile order this time to make sure it was accepted before leaving my apartment. They were closed when I got there. Why is my order accepted when the restaurant is closed?? This is incredibly frustrating as this is the 3rd time in a row I've tried to go to Wendy's during their posted hours and they were closed.
Terrible fast foods restaurant place.....i used to like their foods and services but i went on 1/29/22 to ordered the foods i spent $42.65 didn't get the rest of it hopefully tomorrow on 1/30/22 i will get the moneys back or something i will never eat at Wendy period.....I did go back on 1/31/22 and the gm,Mo she took care of it and she was very professional and understood my situation she resolved on it i got the foods i didnt get it before thank u gm,Mo u are the best......i love their chilli and etc.......
By far the worst experience at a Wendy's I've ever had. I should have known when there was an employee standing in the back smoking weed. 2 different people were asking for my order. It showed up right on the screen, but what I received wasn't even close to what I ordered. I should have checked before I left. That was my stupidity. They didn't give me a receipt either. I went to get breakfast there this morning and the staff was very pleasant and helpful! They were very quick as well! This has been my first time visiting this location since moving to the area, so I will definitely be coming back! It?s not often a fast food restaurant leaves a lasting impression on me, but their kindness was the best thing to see first thing in the morning!
This is the worst Wendy's in history. Your order is always wrong and it is super slow. Whether it's Uber eats or you pull up to the drive-thru window, is going to take a million years and your order won't be right or they just canceled the order after about 20 minutes in the case of doing Uber eats. Worst Wendy's ever.
