I recently visited the Wendy’s located at 7200 Hoke Rd in Clayton, OH, and decided to share my experience, especially since I've been to this location multiple times before. On this occasion, I noticed the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, which is usually a good sign of their popularity! Since I only wanted a couple lemonades, I opted to go inside to avoid the long wait. Upon entering, I saw a couple of customers already waiting to be served. I’ve had a few rough experiences here recently. The food quality and customer service have been subpar. I’m usually forgiving when it comes to fast food, but the attitude of the staff and management is just unacceptable. From the moment I walk in, it’s a negative experience. Instead of getting a line of people, the employee’s who worked on 12/22/24 at 5:45, they decided to use the excuse of fixing stuff in the store. Then when we exited the line and looked inside, they were just sitting around chit-chatting.
