probably a bad service I've ever seen and I work in retail! I understand that Friday after midday are very busy and expecting a wait, and I made sure to order my food early through the app, but every vehicle waited up to 10 minutes, would not have any sense to wait for my food if it was done right, but no, my picking up about the trip thru online order was very detailed and I paid for extras (lettuce / tomaten) the frost was mostly melted, the fries burned! I had to ask 3 times while I wait in the car after I got my food for spoon when the window person always chatted with her buddy and laughed. (Do you not realize that the drive-dru lines are long? I tried to complain the restaurant that my eating was wrong and that I couldn't eat it because of an allergy (I had to throw it away, my hard earned money goes into the müll) and there was no number to call and when I found the customer service line, it was unoperable! terrible service! I expected more of a fast food community that claims to offer fresh food and excellent service! absolutely terrible!
