Waste of money!! Ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag. Hamburger meat was old like it had been sitting for hours. They didn't even put bacon on the sadwhich. Absolutely fantastic! They truly deserve better working conditions. The setup is incredibly challenging, making it difficult for anyone to do their job effectively. It really needs a serious update. I went through the drive-thru, and despite the tough situation, the staff managed to keep smiles on their faces, although I could see the frustration in their eyes. There were only four people on the crew, and they were working tirelessly. I decided to tip each of them $2 to show that someone cares. Update: I finally had a chance to go inside and also use the restroom, and I was taken aback by how dirty it was. There was one customer at the counter placing an order and another in the drive-thru, and it was a slow time of day. This experience will definitely make me reconsider using the drive-thru in the future. I've never dined in before, as I usually rely on the drive-thru. The employees are always incredibly friendly, the food is consistently fresh, and my order is correct about 80% of the time. Mistakes do happen, but they are always willing to rectify any issues. They work efficiently and provide excellent customer service overall. Keep up the great teamwork!
I waited in the drive through for 26 minutes. After I finally got my food and I got a half a mile down the road, I noticed that my food order was completely wrong. There were 3 people inside eating while I got my refund so it's not like they were busy. They were apologetic, but overall ignorant. I will probably not eat there again and I used to be a regular, but the service quality has hit rock bottom.Update, decided to give them another try. I hadn't been there since the original review. Got home, they messed my order up again. Never stopping again. They need to work on order accuracy. I order and pay for a triple, they give me a single. How is it this hard?

I hadn't ordered from this place in nearly two years due to quality concerns, but I decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, the bun for my sandwich was stale, which was disappointing. The first warning sign was that all the employees were outside smoking when I arrived. They also seemed annoyed that I was there to place an order. I won't be going back to the Harding Highway location; in my opinion, it's the worst one and has always been. Their sanitation standards are concerning as well. Honestly, this location should just close down.
We used the drive-thru to order a tea with sweetener and a strawberry lemonade. When we pulled up to the window, which was open, we saw a girl telling the young man that he had something in his nose, and he started digging like he was searching for gold.
Not clean, including restrooms. Ketchup dispensers didnt work. Napkins kept at the counter as though they were controlling quantity. Counter service disorganized. Cut our burger in half for us which was very nice.
My wife waited at Wendy’s for 30 minutes for food. Went in and was told by the front worker that it wasn’t her problem that she didn’t have her food yet. Never getting my business agin

All the workers were smoking even 1 that look 19 and waited 45 minutes for 1 sandwich asked for no tomatoes and still got them never coming
